FE :BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the
agreement dated May 19, 1986, for Addendum No. 86-17-151 to Agreement
No. 86-3-111 for U.S. Highway 63 Project No. (IX-63-6(49)--3P-07) by
ZS and between Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
Waterloo, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
c authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
