o cc ;IWHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1985-1986 Fiscal Budget on March
1985, allocating Sewer Facilities Money to the Debt Service Fund

WHEREAS, the City issued Sewer Revenue Bonds due to refunding of
• = current Debt Service, Resolution No. 1985-597 passed and adopted

m .: October 14, 1985 in the amount of $445,360.50 was incorrect.

f° rcTLNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~ WATERLOO, IOWA, that an adjusted transfer be made for the amount of

m , $154,046.50 from the Debt Service Fund to the Sewer Revenue Debt
cSinking Fund for the payment of Bonds and Interest.
.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be instructed to
certify a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer of the City
ctif. Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of May, 1986.
