shall?meet at the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
p.m. ,: on the 27th day of May, 1986, for the purpose of considering and
• '; acting upon a proposal to sell and convey city-owned property occupied
a o by the Waterloo Water Works to Iowa Department of Transportation
generally located north of Cedar River, south of Donald Street,
priesterly of Cedar Bend Street, legally described as follows:

portion of Government Lot 4, all located in Sec. 15; Lots 2, 8, 13

said Lot 2 as recorded on Page 350 in the Land Deed Record 40 of the
Black Hawk County Recorder.
Section 2 - That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Couri er.
