r ' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
S heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc., for the FY 1987
o ;University Intersections Pavement Repair, in the City of Waterloo,

preliminarily approved on May 12, 1986, and
1 ' WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 2,
`1986, and no objections were made, now, therefore.
r, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tfiat said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the FY 1987 University Intersections Pavement
Repair, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 304,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of June, 1986.
