BE' IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Contract dated June 2, 1986, for paving in conjunction with FY
1987 West Third, Norton, Home Park Paving, Contract No. 295, by and
between Calendar Sports, Ltd. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
a Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of June, 1986.
