RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN
PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY FOR THE DYSART ROAD
SUBSTITUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has undertaken the
Dysart Road Substitution Project and the parcels of land hereinafter
described has been appraised and an offer made to the owner of said
property in the amount of the appraised value and said offer has been
refused and funds are available with which to pay for the said parcels
from City funds; and
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described real
property is necessary in connection with the said Dysart Road Substitu-
tion Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described parcels of real
property be acquired by condemnation in the manner provided by law and
such other further action as may be necessary to effect acquisition:
