Christian has made written application to the T ;-rty Council asking that he be authorized and permitted to construct one ODN 40 temporary asphalt driveway without respect to a permanent sidewalk c _.grade when and if the same may be subsequently set on Downing Place, s pterloo, Lot 12, Blk. 32, Lot 13, Blk. 32 known as 1244 Ansborough c 4 enue; and am 521 WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, o--iowa, that said request should be granted, now, therefore, (so rr • o- R BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to C`teo S. Christian to construct one (1) temporary asphalt driveway in ccordance with the existing contour of the abutting land with the 2 "subjective understanding and agreement between the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the said Cleo S. Christian that, should at a later date a permanent formal grade be established for sidewalk purposes or otherwise, that the said Cleo S. Christian will immediately thereafter, and at his own expense, remove all or whatever portion of temporary asphalt driveway he may have constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the same in accordance with the permanent grade as may hereafter be set and established, the work to be done under the supervision of the City Engineer. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk/Auditor is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Black Hawk County Recorder for recording and for filing in order that this said action may become a matter of official County Record. CHRISTIAN, AND AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) TEMPORARY ASPHALT DRIVEWAY IRRESPECTIVE OF A LATTER OFFICIAL GRAPE. BE IT RESOLVE! BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That, WHEREAS, Cleo S. Christian has made written application to the City Council asking that he be authorized and permitted to construct one (1 ) temporary asphalt driveway without respect to a permanent sidewalk tirade when and if the same may be subsequently set on Downing Place, Waterloo, Lot 12, Blk. 12, Lot 11, F.M. 3? known as 1244 Ansborough Avenue: and WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should he granted, now, therefore, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to Cleo S. Christian will immediately thereafter, and at his own expense, remove all or whatever portion of temporary asphalt driveway he may have constructed, and rebuild or reconstruct the same in accordance with the permanent grade as may hereafter be set and established, the work to he done under the supervision of the City Engineer.
