r WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City Engineer, to
s d prepare and file specifications form of contract and preliminaryestimate
H of cost etc. , for the construction of the FY 1987 Sycamore Street Paving,
CDa , Contract No. 301 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications , and
c`;' �, c- WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications, form of contract
7.; cand preliminary estimate of costs, etc., and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same, now, therefore,
n L- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said
