f- 7 WHEREAS, the CityCouncilpreviously instructed the City Engineer, to
prepare and file specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
of cost etc. , for the construction of the FY 1987 Greyhound Track Access
Road - Phase II, Contract No. 301 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications, form of contract

and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of
Gi Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same, now, therefore,
) !-'BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. ,
be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved.
Passed and preliminarily approved this 16th day of June, 1986.
