RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH INVISION
ARCHITECTURE OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 18, 2011, in an amount not to
exceed $14,500.00, plus reimbursable expenses not to exceed
$500.00, to provide analysis, design work, bid documents, and
construction coordination in conjunction with the Waterloo Center
for the Arts Window and Door Replacement Project, by and between
INVISION Architecture of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2011.
