S F' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

'` That the bid of Youngblut Contracting, Inc. , of Washburn, Iowa, in
the amount of $134,814.60 for the F.Y. 1987 West Third, Norton, Home
o `.`Park Paving, Contract No. 295, described in the plans and specifica-
tions heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
c hearing on requiredby
�� published notice law, be is hereby accepted, the
same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and Clerk/Auditor are hereby directed to execute contract
c with the said contractor for the construction of said improvements,
said contract not to be binding on the City until approved by this
Council.
Passed and approved this 23rd day of June, 1986.
