BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO this
project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa Department
of Transportation.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1986.
