"BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
t tie Agreement No. 86-14-175 dated June 23, 1986, for Relocated U.S.
ti 20= Interchange Lighting Project No. IX-520-6(40)--3P-07, by and
between Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1986.
