CD CC N Cv,i O Ir 1- s m r. o WHtEAS, the Debt Service Fund has fallen short of the estimated • r Aount of interest earnings on idle capital projec R- O F Fiscal Year 1986 and the Motor Vehicle ParkingtFundds isbprrojectted ,oco to ctarry a cash fund balance at the close of the fiscal year. 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ft WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of $100,000 from the Parking Facility Fund to the Debt Service Fund for payment of-general Obligation Bonds. h_. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
