o WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1985-1986 Fiscal Budget on March
a15, 1985, allocating $775,000.00 of Tax Increment Financing money to
0 the Debt Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds.

o z KNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ro ' WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of $5,391.04
from the Tax Increment Financing Fund to the Debt Service Fund for

payment of General Obligation Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be instructed to
L certify a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer of the City
_,. of.. Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1986.
