w ~ That the bid of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
c � amount of $413,915.71 for Dysart Road (IX-6691(2)--79-07) described in
o r-tile plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for

c be- is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said

The Mayor and Clerk/Auditor are hereby directed to execute contract
rn with the said contractor for the construction of said improvements,
said contract not to be binding on the City until approved by the
Council .
Passed and approved this 2nd day of July, 1986.
