BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
` ' Q That the bid of Peterson Contractors, Inc. , of Reinbeck, Iowa, in
0 the amount of $1,084,064.00 for Hackett Road Bypass (Grading)
`.' (IX-6585(5)--79-07) described in the plans and specifications hereto-
rfore adopted by this Council for said project, after public hearing on
published notice required by law, be is hereby accepted, the same being
G the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and Clerk/Auditor are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said improvements,
said contract not to be binding on the City until approved by the
Council .
Passed and approved this 2nd day of July, 1986.
