4BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:

� � Seirtion 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
m shall met at the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00
• p.m. , on the 28th day of July, 1986, for the purpose of considering and
• acting -upon a proposal to vacate, sell and convey portion of Frontage
4▪ : _ Road lying west of LaPorte Road between Lorraine and Cornwall Avenue

s Part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section
36-83-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point 30 feet South of and
100 feet West of the Northeast corner of the
Southeast 1/4, Northwest 1/4, Southeast 1/4 of
said Section, thence South 270 feet; thence
East 67 feet; thence North 270 feet; thence
West 67 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2 - That the Deputy Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of July, 1986.
