Sgefion 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet
k. at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00

pubhic hearing on proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and
- = estimate of cost for the FY 1987 Texas Street Extension in the City of
Waterloo and taking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 300.
Section 2 - That the Deputy Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of July, 1986.
