RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (IDED), AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to IDED New Construction Contract 08-DRH-211
dated January 18, 2011, for Community Development Block Program,
increasing the budget by $525,000.00 for Multi -Family (Rental)
Unit Production -New Construction Program -Round 2, by and between
the Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED) and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2011.
