m WHEREAS, the Garden of Memories, 3669 Logan Avenue, has proposed that
the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a special permit
to construct storage sheds, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due to the
c insignificance of the nature of said special permit, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said special permit
c should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
«; that the special permit to construct storage sheds for the Garden of
Memories at 3669 Logan Avenue, be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of July, 1986, and approved by Mayor
Pro-Tem this 16th day of July, 1986.
