N C ,WHEREAS, the Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery, 3430 West 4th Street,
o CtifiS proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve
-a 2special permit to construct storage building, and
= WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due to the
CD r, lpsignificance of the nature of said special permit, and

cr1H1REAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said special permit
: should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,

a_ ,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
gPPat the special permit to construct a storage building for the
Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery, be and the same is hereby approved.
