BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, for
• the FY 1987 Greyhound Track Access Road, Phase II, Contract No. 296
(UST-6$-5(50)--4A-07 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Clerk/Auditor as of
4 the 21st day of July, 1986, together with the accompanying bond for the
4 faithful performance of said contract signed by the American Home
Assurance Co. , of New York, New York, as surety thereon, be, and the
same are hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of July, 1986.
