RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEDICATION OF PROPERTY
FOR STREET PURPOSES FOR THE PROPOSED WASHINGTON
STREET FRONTAGE ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the following described real estate be and the same hereby dedicated for
street purposes for the proposed Washington Street Frontage Road:
A parcel of land located in the NE1/4 of the SE1/4
of Section 36 I 89 R 13 W of the 5th Principal
Meridian described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4
said Section 36, thence N89°05'E 291.7 feet along the
north line of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 said section,
thence SOO°55.E. 51.3 feet, thence S01°16-1/21E 275.2
feet, thence S10°14-1/21W 46.R feet, thence S03°17-1/2'E
265 feet to the point of beginning: thence NO3°17-1/2 'w
265 feet, thence N10*14-1/21E 46.8 feet, thence
NO1°16-1/2"A 275.2 feet to the south line of Mitchell
Avenue, thence P84°41-1/21E 91.9 feet along said south
line, thence SOO°22-1/21E 597.5 feet, thence westerly
to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor he and the same hereby
instructed to file a copy of said resolution with the County Recorder.
