RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR EASEMENT FOR
STORM SEWER WITH WATERLOO BOARD OF PARK
COMMISSIONERS FOR DONALD STREET (IX-6662(1)--79-07)
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the
Agreement dated July 21, 1086, for easement for storm sewer for Donald
Street (IX-6652(1)-79-07), by and between Waterloo Board of Park
Commissioners of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, he and
the same is hereby approved, anif the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of July, 1986.
