o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
~ That the bid of Aspro, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of

$193004.50 for the F.Y. 1987 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No.
c 316, described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
• this Council for said project, after public hearing on published notice
a. required by law, be is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
cc received for said work.

c �Jhe Mayor and Clerk/Auditor are hereby directed to execute contract
"' wil>h the said contractor for the construction of said improvements,
said contract not to be binding on the City until approved by the
Council .
