WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
"proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1987
Texas Street Extension, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as

WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
' specifications, form of contract, etc., for the F.Y. 1987 Texas
`O Street Extension, known as Contract No. 300 which were
n preliminarily approved on July 7, 1986, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 28,
486, and no objections were made, now, therefore.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1987 Texas Street Extension, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 300, be, and the same are
`- hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of July, 1986.
