T BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, • that said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1987 Franklin Street and Dubuque Road • Pavement Maintenance, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 303, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
