RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. ,
FOR F.Y. 1987 SYCAMORE STREET PAVING AND INCIDENTALS,
CONTRACT NO. 301.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1987
Sycamore Street Paving and Incidentals, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, known as Contract No. 301, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1987 Sycamore
Street Paving and Incidentals, known as Contract No. 301 which
were preliminarily approved on August 4, 1986, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 4,
1986, and no objections were made, now, therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1987 Sycamore Street Paving and
Incidentals, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No.
301, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of August, 1986.
