BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that: the` contract of Tom Dolan Concrete Contractors, of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the FY 1987 Franklin Street and Dubuque Road Pavement Project,
Contract No. 303 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Clerk/Auditor as of the
4th day of August, 1986, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful_,_:performance of said contract signed by the Merchants Bonding
Company n
p y (Merchants) of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the
cc same are hereby, approved.
Gassed and adopted this 4th day of August, 1986.
