PRESERVATION COMMISSION TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AN AGREEMENT

Waterloo Civic Foundation, Inc., to allow said foundation to accept
, tax deductible monetary donations for use and on behalf of the
