RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEMPORARY ADVERTISING
o n STRUCTURE ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG SAN MARNAN
DRIVE FOR WAYNE JONES FURNITURE, INC.

WHEREAS, Wayne Jones Furniture, Inc. , has proposed that the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a temporary Advertising
o Structure on City right-of-way along San Marnan Drive due to the
reconstruction of San Marnan Drive ( IX-6498(3)--79-07), and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due to the
insignificance of the nature of said temporary advertising structure,

4 WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said temporary
advertising structure should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the temporary advertising structure on City right-of-way along
San Marnan Drive for Wayne Jones Furniture, Inc. , be and the same is
hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this llth day of August, 1986, and approved by the
Mayor this 13th day of August, 1986.
