WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 4, 1986, by the City
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the sale and conveyance of
property legally described as follows and generally located west of
LaPor -dR oad and between Lorraine and Cornwall Avenues:

Fart of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 36-83-13,
< Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:

c Commencing at a point 30 feet South of and 100 feet West

1/4, Southeast 1/4 of said Section, thence South 270 feet;

WHEREAS, no objections were heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the quit claim deed dated August 11, 1986,
conveying said property to Regent, Inc. , be and the same hereby
approved.
Passed and adopted this 11th day of August, 1986.
