WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
prepare�',at1 file specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
-of cost etc. , for the construction of the FY 1987 East Fifth Street Parkin g
amp Repairs, Phase 3, Contract No. 322 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa as
specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications, form of
-contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc., and the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
said specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. , be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved.
Passed and preliminarily approved this llth day of August, 1986.
