RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING THE
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER DUCT AND COIL CLEANING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Interim Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center
Duct and Coil Cleaning, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator did file said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Duct and Coil Cleaning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Duct and Coil Cleaning, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2011.
