The City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Special Session at Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, at 3:00 PM, on Thursday, September 26, 2024.
Roll Call.
Mayor Pro Tem Ray Feuss in the Chair. Roll Call: Mr. Boesen, Mr. Nichols, Mr. Simon and Mr.
Feuss. Ms. Creighton -Smith, Mr. Chiles and Ms. Wilder were absent. All attendees joined the
meeting via Zoom.
Approval of Agenda

that the agenda as proposed be approved. Voice vote -Ayes: Four. Motion carried.
CONSENT AGENDA

that the following Items on the consent Agenda be received and placed on file. Voice vote -
Ayes: Four. Motion carried.
Motion approving Application for Fireworks Display: Main Street Waterloo, September 28, 2024,
4th Street bridge, beginning at between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
