`' heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1987
o Construction of North Hackett Road and Niagara Drive Culvert
Replacements, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No.
305, and

'1'7. specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1987
'c . Const-ruction of North Hackett Road and Niagara Drive Culvert
f-eplA6ements, known as Contract No. 305 which were preliminarily
approved on August 4, 1986, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
18, 1986, and no objections were made, now, therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 1987 Construction of North Hackett Road
and Niagara Drive Culvert Replacements, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, known as Contract No. 305, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of August, 1986.
