* ;BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:

`° 5 = Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
w shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
p.m. , on the 2nd day of September, 1986, for the purpose of considering
m and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of utility easement
'located at 1211 Ingersoll Road owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
