co BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:

°' Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
p.m. , on the 2nd day of September, 1986, for the purpose of considering
• and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and convey portion of alley
• generally located at the rear of 183 Lovejoy Avenue described as
follows:

o N . _Prospect Place Addition to Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
r m .Iowa described as fol lows:

— o ommencing at the northeast corner of said lot 58, thence
`' —; `fsoutherly along the easterly l i ne of lot 58 a di stance of
30 fet to the point of beginning, thence continuing southerly
along the extension of the previously described line a
distance of 30 feet to the northerly line of Maryland
Avenue, thence westerly a distance of 27.8 feet along the
northerly line of Maryland Avenue said point being the most
southeasterly corner of said lot 58 to the point of beginning
all within the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of August, 1986.
