WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation is performing work within the
city limits of the City of Waterloo in conjunction with the Kimball
Avenue (South) ( IX-6641(5)--79-07) project.

WHEREAS, said company's operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No, 3094, and

'o WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for variance.
'ROW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Cedar Valley Corporation for
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, be the same and
hereby granted for said Kimball Avenue (South) (IX-6641(5)--79-07)
project.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of August, 1986.
