BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Rampart Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, for the FY
• 1987 North Hackett and Niagara Culvert Replacements, Contract No. 305
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
oo Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Clerk/Auditor as of the 25th day
of August, 1986, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
ry
performance of said contract signed by the Merchants Bonding Co. of
Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of August, 1986.
