WHEREAS, the Community Development Board took action to

m `Termi hate the agreement pursuant to the terms and conditions of said
Q _ agreement between the Board and Neighborhood Housing Services based
I oh audits from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development,

WHEREAS, the Community Development Board has requested that the

cc __ WHEREAS, the City Council believes it is in the best interest of
F- r the City and the Community Development Board to terminate said
m agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Waterloo hereby concurs in the action taken by the Community
Development Board to terminate their agreement with Neighborhood
Housing Services pursuant to the terms and conditions of said
agreement.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of September, 1986.
