BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
• the Utility Agreement dated September 8, 1986, for gas and electric
for Ansborough Avenue ( IX-6615(4)--79-07), by and between Iowa Public
ervice of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
• 5arne is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
— in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
