+v < r 7:00 p.m. , on the 15th day of September, 1986, for the purpose of
w = c considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and convey
Q- portion of Frontage Road lying west of LaPorte Road between Lorraine
and Cornwal 1 Avenue owned by the City of Waterloo, described as

Commencing at a point 30 feet South of and

Southeast 1/4, Northwest 1/4, Southeast 1/4 of
said Section, thence South 270 feet; thence
East 67 feet; thence North 270 feet; thence
West 67 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2 - That the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Couri er.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of September, 1986.
