T Q WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall

1" c, Inter-,change, and legally described as follows :
That part of the Northeast Fractional 1/4 and the North 1/2
of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, T88N, R13W of the 5th
Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 of said Section; thence South 89°55'10"
West along the South line of the North 1/2 of the Southeast
1/4 of said Section a distance of 649.59 feet to the old
North-South fence line through Sta. 876+41, said point being
the point of beginning; thence North 89°55'10" West along
the South line of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of said
Section a distance of 1052.14 feet more or less to a point
119 feet perpendicular distance right from Sta. 857+32.67
survey centerline of U.S. Highway #63; thence North 35°43'
East along the Southeasterly right-of-way of U.S. Highway
#63 a distance of 1749.83 feet to a point 119 feet
perpendicular distance right from Sta. 874+82.51 survey
centerline of U.S. Highway #63, said point being on the old
North-South fence line through Sta. 876+41; thence South
O1°14'10" East along the old North-South fence line through
Sta. 876+41; a distance of 1419.57 feet more or less to the
point of beginning. Said parcel contains 17.14 acres, more
or less.
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of September, 1986.
