RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
HOMELAND SECURITY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
DIVISION (HSEMD), AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 24, 2011, for a Region II 2010 -
SS -T00031-09 LEIN (Law Enforcement Information Network) Grant,
from the Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management
Division, National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP), in an
amount not to exceed $86,114.00, with no required local match, by
and between Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management
Division and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of January, 2011.
