aWIHtREA'S, Waterloo Greyhound Park has requested temporary lane
-, adjustments and signage for movement of traffic entering and exiting

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
E WATERLOO, IOWA, that temporary lane adjustments and signage be and
the tame hereby approved, subject to the following:

(1) Providing Police Officers for traffic control
Iv -1 s at the U.S. 63/Greyhound Drive intersection and
s the intersection of Ridgeway Avenue and the
r S extension of Greyhound Drive.

ti p (2) Supplying the City with a hold harmless agreement,
}- }-= which would protect the City in the event of any
MCK damages resulting from the requested adjustments
