• L BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Utility Agreements dated September 22, 1986, for E. Donald Street
(U.S. 63 to Sage Road)) (IX-6662(3)--79-07), by and between Waterloo
ry Water Works and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of
tfity of Waterloo, Iowa.
