WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained, -1Q AND WHEREAS, the acquisition of a permanent flowage easement herein after described is necessary to carry out the Kimball Avenue CK Project in connection with the Interstate Substitution Plan. m cv NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o = of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the parcel hereinafter described, all of which is situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to execute all intruments necessary to consummate the ad agreement for the temporary easement from the owners thereof, and the co _ City of Waterloo is directed to pay for the properties and the ti incidental expenses necessary to the consummation of the sales from r City Funds. cr The subject parcel is: cx PARCEL NO. rri Parcel No. 89 Northeast Iowa Real Estate Investment, Ltd.
