WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 6, 1986, at
ti7:Od: p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned special permit
request, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said special
permit request be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the special permit request for Donald G. Pierce, be and
the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of October, 1986.
